At ACC Mag , we want your purchase to be completely satisfactory. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 30 days of receipt , under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition , unused and in its original packaging.

  • Includes all original accessories and manuals .

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

  2. We provide instructions for shipping the package.

  3. After product verification, the refund will be made within 3-7 business days via the original payment method.

2. Product Warranty

All ACC Mag products benefit from an official warranty , depending on the type of product:

  • Electronics and CCTV cameras: 12–24 months

  • Car accessories and gadgets: 6–12 months

What does the warranty cover:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Technical problems normally encountered during use

What the warranty does NOT cover:

  • Malfunctions caused by improper handling

  • Physical damage or normal wear and tear

  • Products modified or repaired by third parties
